1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

To qualify pour a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving votre order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, et in its original condition, avec all packaging, tags, et accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted pour personalized or final sale items unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us – Email us at algaeyes@gmail.com avec votre order number, reason pour return/exchange, et photos if necessary.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used pour purchase.
  • The refund will cover the full product price, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges
