Returns & Exchange Policy

At Alga ( www.algaeyes.com ), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your sunglasses, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition , with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for personalized or final sale items unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us – Email us at algaeyes@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if necessary.
  2. Wait for Confirmation – We will review your request and provide instructions within 2 business days .
  3. Ship the Item Back – You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost parcels.
  4. Processing Time – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the exchange or refund within 5-7 business days .

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • The refund will cover the full product price, but original shipping costs are non-refundable .
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your sunglasses for another model or color, follow the return process and specify your preferred replacement item.
  • If the new item has a price difference, you will be required to pay or receive a refund for the difference.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are sent back after the 14-day period .
  • Show signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories.
  • Are returned without prior approval.
